RICHWAY WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY

Our products include their full documentation, warranty, and repair policy. We have worked closely with Richway’s tech and repairs department for 15 years, and have always been impressed with their commitment, effort, support, and resources.

BioMat products include a 3 year limited warranty, which covers any malfunction of the BioMat or the controller.  After 3 years, Richway continues to support the product for its serviceable lifetime.  They offer extremely reasonable pricing for repairs or replacement components, even after the warranty is expired.

In fact, any malfunction with the controller is covered for the serviceable lifetime of the BioMat, which is at least 10-15 years.  To put this differently, there is no fee for controller replacement, even if the unit has been owned for a decade or more.  If the BioMat itself fails after the 3 year period, there can be fees to have it replaced with a new unit.  But they are extremely reasonable fees.

Chances are you will never need repair or replacement service for these products.
